Finding a photographer for your big day is a big deal. You want someone you like and trust whose work you absolutely love.

Formal Disclaimers
1. The cost of any paid activities photographed (i.e. renting a canoe, etc.) will be paid by the couple, but we can definitely have an awesome time without any paid activities.
2. The session must be booked within two weeks of the winner being announced and photographed before the end of the year. It is not transferrable and cannot be rescheduled. A contract must be signed by the couple and photographer at the time of scheduling, including a model release.
3. 50 high-quality edited photos will be delivered by the photographer within 8-weeks of the session date and a personal use print release will be provided. Copyright of the images will remain with Kara Leigh Creative.
4. You and your partner must both be 18+ on the date of entry. Contest entrants must be legal residents of the United States.
5. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstake.
6. Limit to one entry per person per contest. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable and may not be substituted for another prize. Prizes are offered "as is" with no written, express or implied warranty and may be subject to restriction or blackout dates. Any prize not claimed will be forfeit with fourteen (14) days.
8. Kara Leigh Creative shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this contest and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these official rules are not followed. Entrants release Kara Leigh Creative and its contractors, officers and agents from any liability including personal injury or property damage with respect to or related to the receipt and/or use of any prize awarded.
9. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply and all contestants will be governed by the state of Virginia. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of a contest shall be in Montgomery County, Virginia. Void wherever prohibited by law.
